Programme Management provides the systemic approach to managing change. Our Consultants are experienced in placing senior specialists to support programmes such as Sox 404, Basel II, Miifid and recently Solvency II.
Solvency II:
S2 promises to be the single largest piece of financial reform since Sarbanes Oxley (post Enron). Often related to Basel II (for the banks) S2 requires insurers and related financial institutions to invest in the correct human capital to implement cohesive risk and financial structures.
