Equality and Diversity
"Equal Opportunity" - the right to equivalent opportunities for employment regardless of race or colour or sex or national origin
Over the next coming years, demographic changes will mean that the workforce is set to become far more diverse, reflecting trends towards an ageing population, greater ethnic diversity and more women taking up positions in paid work.
These changes in the labour market as well as government legislation such as the Equalities Act which established the Equalities and Human Rights Commission and the new Equalities Bill means that Diversity is becoming an increasingly important aspect of recruitment.
At Trinity Mann we are committed to Equality and Diversity, internally and externally. All employees, applicants for jobs and candidates will be considered on their abilities and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, caring responsibilities, colour, disability, employment status, gender, gender identity, marital status, nationality, race or ethnic origin, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socio-economic status or any other irrelevant distinction.
